Tips on how to FRY your snacks:

  •  It is not necessary to defrost the Salgado. That way it won't get soaked.
  • The recommendation is that the temperature is between 180ºC and 200ºC. To avoid making mistakes, use the tip of the matchstick, if you don't have a thermometer. Throw a toothpick into the hot oil and if it lights up, it is at the right temperature to start your frying.
  • Use a deep pan and use an amount of oil that is enough to COVER the whole savouries.
